Built by a prop trader, for prop traders.
Vantrell Ledger started as the journal I wanted for my own prop firm accounts, and couldn't find.
Why it exists
Prop trading has its own math. Trailing drawdowns, daily loss limits, consistency rules, eval fees, resets and payouts. Most journals were built for stock traders, so they treat a prop account like a normal brokerage account and leave you doing that math in your head.
The question I kept asking before the open was simple: how much can I lose today, on each account, before I'm done? Vantrell answers that first, then helps you see which mistakes and setups are actually costing you money.
How it's run
The journal is free. A paid Pro plan may come later for things like automatic broker sync, but the core stays free.
No ads, and we never sell your data. Export or delete everything whenever you want.
We never ask for your broker or prop firm password. Trades come in by CSV import or by hand.
Built and run by one trader in Iceland. When you send feedback, the person who builds it reads it.
Help shape it
